Interview
The manager was very nice, she gave me a tour of the facility and made everything feel very comfortable. She asked me several questions about my previous jobs and how I felt about the veterinary industry.

What do you say to an angry client that claims they didn't know they were being charged for a service they received?
Both phone and in person were simple. General interview questions asked along with a background check was conducted. fast, results email and offer was accepted all with a few days.

Scheduling and atmosphere handling escalations/high pressure situations.
It's like I interviewed with a 12 year old. The HM was 40 minutes late. They asked illegal questions. They never read my resume. There was a "skills assessment" which was the most laughably disrespectful thing I've ever seen. I've worked with fantastic public companies before, but this one really highlighted their red flags and answered the question why everyone quit. I work for their competitor now. Ask someone who works there, they definitely gatekeep and discriminate.

Quick and manager was nice. Just review on past experiences especially with customer facing experiences. It was an initial phone interview then an in person interview that was mostly a conversation and was comfortable. Talked about available hours.
