After phone screen was selected to interview and then observation. I also took a test. Basic math and grammar. It also included client resolution questions

Interview
Because of Covid it was a phone interview- the head of Corporate HR called to explain duties and discuss my experience, why I wanted the position, how I would respond to various situations etc. It was a typical first interview except that she couldn’t answer any questions specific to the location.

Interview
It was fairly easy. Went in and met with the Office Manager. She asked me standard interview questions then put my receptionist skills to the test. She had me do an appointment reminder call, make a new patient chart and check someone in for an appointment. I never met with the hospital manager, so I believe the Office Manager had final say on everything. One tip: interact with the clients while you're there waiting for the interview. They watch for that more than anything.
