I was really impressed at first.
-The first interview was with a recruiter, and we had a great, engaging conversation. There seemed to be a lot of enthusiasm. They asked if I'd be willing to commit to finishing the process with them, even though I was in the final stages of interviews with other organizations. I said I would.
-The second interview was with the hiring manager. Again, it was a good conversation and she was in a hurry to get someone hired.
-The third interview they pushed up a week and I moved some plans around to meet with them. This was with other team members. The vibe felt a little meh compared to the initial enthusiasm, but I figured it was the holidays, people are eager for time off.
I followed up with the recruiter only to get crickets after a barrage of texts from them. They wanted to fill this position by early Dec and then suddenly it was no longer a rush. After not hearing anything for a week, I followed up and let them know I'd received another offer. I was told they would get back to me before the end of the week. They never followed up...all this after asking me to commit to finishing my process with them.
They tell a wonderful story about working here, but their actions and the reviews on here don't match anything they told me. After three interviews, they couldn't even send a quick thanks but no thanks. I guess I'm glad they lost interest in me? I can only imagine what working there would be like.
