Very typical interview. Round robin style. Typical interview questions. Overall the experience was great. Not too stressful very casual. Dress is business casual. Bring resume and references. Human Resources did not interview me during my final interview just, had to fill out paperwork, etc.

There was a process of three interviews, the first with the Plant Manager, then with the Engineering Manager and last with the VP of Manufacturing, each one of them asked about my experience and knowledge in production, engineering and management
