      Retail Analyst Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at VF in May 2023

      Interview

First email contact with many general questions about skills, working background and expectations. Second interview with HR about the same points of the first email. Interview with the manager. They assure feedback but despite this I did not receive any feedback, not even an automatic reply after the closing of the position on workday (indeed, 6 months later the application is still "in progress") Once the interview with the manager has taken place, I think it is good practice to provide feedback or at least a response if a confidential email is sent to the HR manager who contacts you.
