Interview
You are asked questions regarding your experience with kids and how long you have taught. The first interview involves doing a demo lesson which is critiqued and you are given feedback immediately after. Within 24 hrs they email you and let you know if you will go on to the next stage of the hiring process.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
