Interview
There are 2 rounds of interviewing of "mock teaching". In depth preparation is recommended. You need to learn the material from the Vipkid curriculum and demonstrate an understanding and skill for their preferred teaching style. After the interviewing is done, a brief testing phase, where you gain a certification, and a background check are done.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
