Application, longer application on their website with more in depth questions, video teaching example, telephone screening, skills tests in subject. Overall it was relatively easy, although the video of teaching was a bit daunting because the example showed the teacher with many accessories I didn't have.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
