I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at VIZIO (Denver, CO) in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied online and got a call from a recruiter about a month and a half later.
Two days later I had a Microsoft Teams interview with a hiring manager that included code questions. The following week I had Teams interviews with another engineer (some coding questions here too), the principal engineer (some whiteboarding here), the director of software engineering, and a program manager (mostly related to scrum / productivity tools) spread out over the course of two days.
Overall it was a smooth experience (I think the longer wait between when I applied and when I heard from a recruiter may have been mainly due to the holidays) and the recruiter was very communicative with me throughout which I appreciate.

Can you tell me about a time you had a creative idea but then found it difficult to implement?

I had a phone interview and was rejected straight after I mentioned I need sponsorship. I applied online and they hadn't mention anything about sponsorship. The interview ended in 2 mins and the interviewer did not was not even interested in talking further
Standard SDE loop. First round phone screen. Second round technical. Third is on-site loop with 5 interviewers. 2 of those coding challenges, 2 of them systems design, 1 was behavioral.
