VMware Communication Specialist interview questions

The initial communication from the company was through telephone. I got a call from the recruiter and she sounded very sweet and friendly. She first asked me if I was currently looking for a job change and only after I gave her the confirmation did she go ahead and describe the job role as well as the company profile. Once I expressed interest in the same, she sent me an email with more information as well as details of the first interview scheduled. I had totally 4 rounds of interview - 2 telephonic, 1 face to face and 1 through video conferencing. Throughout the process, the recruiter was in constant touch with me giving all the updated information. The interviewers were also very friendly and the work location was clean and well maintained. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable during the interview process and since i was an out station candidate, they respected my limited time and hence scheduled both the interviews on the same day. When the offer was made, the salary was negotiable through the recruiter as she helped me out in getting my expected CTC. Overall, a very good and well planned recruitment process.
