Initial communication was poor. Recruiter emailed me and it took me 3 weeks to get a reply. Had a great call and was told I would get a follow up call to schedule a face to face. Never did. Very unprofessional

Garden variety sales experience questions. Open ended questions and dialog on what previous roles, client situations and lessons learned. I felt like it was a respectful discussion between professionals, not a condescending and deliberately uncomfortable environment.
