VMware Member Technical Staff interview questions

HR shared Zoom meeting invite on mail. I requested for JD but they did not respond back. It was Super day i.e. 3 rounds were scheduled. Technical Round 1--- Started with brief introduction. Discussion on past experience and project. Few basic questions on Linux, Java, Python, Automation framework, DevOps tools etc. Technical Round 2--- Started with short introduction. Interviewer quickly moved to Data structures and algorithms problems, couple of coding questions, few theoretical concepts of Java, Python were also discussed. I was able to answer more than half of the questions in both the rounds. However after Round 2, I was told that HR will reach out to me with next update and that they were done for the day from their side. There was no update from HR team for few days. They did not even bother to answer call or reply back on my follow up mail. After few days I checked my application status online and it stated 'No longer under consideration'. Although Interviewers were decent but VMware seriously needs to sort out the issues with their terrible India HR team ! They portray a bad culture and treat candidates disrespectfully !

I had 5 interviews. In all of them I told them about my experience and different people asked different questions regarding my CV. 1. With managers, non-technical. 2. With a developer. We did kind of pair mode on a relatively easy task (implement an http client). 3. "Architectural interview 1" I had two tasks, both not to be implemented just think of an algorithm and some pseudo code. 4. "Architectural interview 2" same as above. but with different tasks and different people. 5. Manager/technical - both management and 1 or 2 technical tasks again in pseudo code.
