Interview
Was contacted for the Sr web developer position at Zimbra. Intial round of phone screen followed by 3 more phone interviews. The team was very knowledgible and seemed very enthusiastic about the work and the impact. Though the feedback was positive, missed out on the offer.
I would say just be yourself and learn as much as you can about the project. demonstrate real interest
in the work they are doing as in exploring the products, thinking through how internals work, etc
