You have to take a 4 weeks course and they put you through the wire!

-you have to do tests while in the class
- you have to take a drug test, a background test and a overall health assessment

Interview
You can call the main location and ask about the hiring process. They schedule you in for an interview within the week. One there, you are given a multiple choice reading comprehension type of assessment test, along with a written essay on why you want to be a home health aid. Before getting hired you must attend a 3 week home health aid class with daily exams on topics reviewed. Drug screen and vaccinations must be completed and submitted as well

Interview
Didn't really have an interview. Showed that I was certified and that was about it. Everything else went pretty quick. Got material to study for a test that was really easy a few days after. Soon as you were done you gotta go to paid orientation. After that they tried to find you a case.
