I found Vaco to be very unprofessional. I had several interviews with them before they put me infront of their client. The client loved me and said I was one of their top candidates. After having the face to face interview; Vaco refused to give me any feedback. They would not tell me if they filled the role with another candidate. I tried calling them several times and no answers.
