I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vaco (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
I was contacted regarding an open position by an external recruiter. I spoke with the Director over the phone a day before I went on site for an interview with him and everything went smooth. Once I met with the Managing Director he informed me that in fact there was no position open at the moment and tried to push my interest to general lower end staffing within the company. I honestly felt like I was discriminated against due to my race. He also asked me questions that were illegal. At the moment I was not aware they were illegal.
