Met DM and did some paper work in his truck.He took a picture of my drivers license and insurance. Takes 24 hrs and you get an email with training and payroll information.
Interview process was quick and easy. Interview was professional and they did a great job explaining the position in detail. Upfront and honest about the position responsibilities. No complaints whatsoever
It was more like an orientation than an interview. It was non formal and there was no pressure. Management was very personable and approachable. Management communicated very clearly what would be expected of me as an employee.

Phone call quick and easy questions. Followed by them directing you to a web page to fill out general information. Since it is around apparent complexes they are not too keen on people with criminal past.
