I applied online, then was prompted to take an online assessment, which consisted of some multiple choice questions and 2 Leetcode easy/mediums.
A recruiter called me two days later and we had some introductions, ~15 mins of conversation. At the end of the conversation she scheduled a virtual interview day for a week or two later.
At the interview day, it started with a group meet and greet, then they emailed us all a problem to work on for 30 minutes before our next interview. I then had the technical interview, and the interviewer didn't actually ask me about the assignment and instead asked me about AWS, which is on my resumé. The interviewer seemed to really value my ability to intuit security/privacy and was less concerned with my coding experience. She directly asked me if I felt capable of doing the role described, to which I said yes.
I then had the behavioral, which was with a different person. The questions were pretty standard, so make sure to use the STAR format for responses. That was very easy.
Two days later the original recruiter told me I had done well but that I may be a better fit for a different team, and she scheduled a meet and greet with me and the team lead for the other team. Him and I met two days later and it was very informal/conversational. I had an offer two days later.
