Vanguard Client Relationship Associate interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter who asked common behavioral questions and basic background of the company and values. Shortly after (day or so) was contacted to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview consist of: - informational presentation of Vanguard - a interview with a hiring manager who goes over your background and gives you a role play - another interview with a hiring manager or employee who goes over your background and as technical questions

Standard process. Apply online, phone interview and then a face-to-face interview at Corporate Headquarters in Malvern, PA. Phone interview was very easy and the recruiter was extremely friendly. The face-to-face interview was a bit more intimidating, held in a small room with two higher executives. All in all, though, the process was very easy from start to finish and they made it an enjoyable experience.
