Basic Phone Interview. A few weeks later I was contacted by the same recruiter to come in and do an interview. The interview was 3-on-1 with the Manager and two other Analysts.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a team member who didn't hold up their weight and how did you deal with them?
Had initial screening and didn’t move forward with process. Was over the phone with recruiter just getting to know you and go over your background to see if you fit in with the team.
intense and it was amazing overall - not sure what else to say other than good luck - I think most people who are competent can pass this interview process. it is multi-stage and I believe that it will take some time - you will be absolutely fine

First step was to submit CV and cover letter via online portal. Next, HR sets up a call to ask basic screening questions. Questions include behavioural questions, work visa situation. Then interview with manager.
