I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2018
Interview
Talked to a recruiter at our business expo at the University of South Carolina. Applied online and received an email from a recruiter to request a phone interview. The phone interview started off with asking personal questions for their records then lead to behavioral questions and a few easy financial questions. After answering questions she explained what the job was and then asked if I had any questions.
Moved on to the last round, where I went to Charlotte, NC office. There was about 15-20 of us who came in for the interview. The interview was all behavioral and if I had questions about the job. Then we went on a tour and did a Q&A. Overall the second interview was easier than the first.
The interview went great, and the interviewer was very helpful, respectful, and professional throughout the conversation, which made the experience feel comfortable, positive, and informative for me. I really enjoyed the feedback and the welcoming conversation we had.
The interview at Vanguard felt smooth, professional, and welcoming. Conversation flowed naturally, questions were clear, and the atmosphere stayed relaxed. I left feeling confident, prepared, motivated, and genuinely excited about the opportunity.

Interview
First, an online job tryout, then an HR phone interview that is slightly about your history and mainly learning about the position. Finally, a 45 min interview with a team lead that is very behavioral.
