I applied online. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Filled out an online interview. Later got a phone interview from someone not in the area. It was a very brief 30 min interview. I feel like everyone gets pass this part no matter how bad you are. After the phone interview the person will tell you if you move on or not. She then sends you an email to fill out and pick out a date where you would meet in person for the 2nd interview. The 2nd interview consist of a break then mini meeting. After the meeting you will be broken up into 2 different interviews. First interview is a behavioral interview nothing too hard. The 2nd part interview is a role playing phone interview given a scenario with a some solutions. I think this is the part where i messed up.

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate.
