Interview
I had one hour long phone interview before being flown out for an on-site interview. During the on-site interview, I was asked STAR based questions. Also, you are asked to do a role play exercise involving a client calling in.

Question 1
You are given 15 minutes to review a case prior to doing the role play/client call. However, even if you use the context of the case study, they may continue to ask questions in an effort to throw you off. Just say you will see what you can do and call them back.
Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard in Apr 2026
Interview
There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
