Interview
One 15-30 minute initial phone call, then asked to come to office, travel expenses are comped. At office by 7:30 am till 2 or 3pm. Starts with info about Vanguard, then breaks into 2 interviews, each with different interviewer, 3rd interview contains role play, then lunch, followed by brief overview of benefits. Pay is discussed during offering phone call. Email if not hired.

Interview
The process itself was long - mostly consisting of presentations from internal employees regarding benefits and the culture. There was a group activity, a separate group discussion on something completely different, and two interviews. One of the interviews was entirely behavioral and the other was a case study. For the most part, as stated in other interviews here, they appear to be looking for the right "fit" in their culture.

Applied online in mid August, phone interview two weeks later. Interviewed in person 3 weeks after that. Phone interview is a 30 minute screen of behavioral questions. Interview consists of 2 interviews conducted one on one and a group activity. Almost all about fit and "tell me about a time when" questions.

Simple phone interview that lasted one half hour. Invited on campus after 2 weeks for a day of tours, speakers with past participants and leaders, and 2 1-1 interviews. Basic questions were asked for the most part, some technical questions. No offer.
