4 people interviewed with behavioral interviews that were detailed. Focused on both hard skills and soft skills. Forced to think deeply about the responses. Telephone screening interview to begin the process followed by face to face
First is an HR screening with basic questions to make sure you are minimally qualified. Then, 3 rounds of interviews. First with peers, then manager and then other leaders. All interviews were virtual.

Initial phone call with recruiter from the U.S. The recruiter messed up the job description and advertised the wrong role.
