I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The process was convoluted and disorganized. There was an open-ended project that was not reviewed. They requested that a new page be designed but without clarifying the purpose or the original pain-points or failures of the design. I suspect the interviewers did not know what they were interviewing for at the time.
