Basic Interview: Very friendly, they wanted me to do well. They implemented the STAR method interviewing method and it was very easy. I wish I read the description of the role more closely, because it was not what I had anticipated.

Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard in Apr 2026
Interview
There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
