Interview process included an initial application followed by a phone interview. The phone interview was a basic screening process around past experience, future goals and career objectives. Following the phone interview I was contacted saying that I would be brought to the Vanguard campus to take place in a full day interview. That interview consisted of an information session, breakout sessions, three back to back 1-1 interviews and a debate table with other candidates.

Interviewer was pretty condescending during interview and did not seem to care about your answers and was only there to check the boxes. later received message that they would be pursuing more qualified candidates
