They heavily rely on STAR questions (Situation, task, action and resolution) They also include a role play in which they are looking for the interview to ask open ended questions to identify unmet needs.
Initial phone call from HR.The interviewer asked me to review my job experience. Briefly (20 minutes) went over my background. She also gave me an overview of the position.Very pleasant. She then told me I would be scheduled for an in person interview. I had to follow up with her to get the in person interview. I then met with three managers for my inperson interview.

There was a case study which I completely over analyzed. If they give you a case study, know that they arent looking for a technical answer but what behaviors needed to solve the problem.

it was pretty tough and long. 3 hours. they ask you a lot of questions in front of 2 managers. personality and quick thinking on your feet kind of interview. want to see how you do under pressure.
