The interview process was structured, professional, and very organized. After submitting my application, I completed an online skills assessment followed by a short behavioral questionnaire. The first live step was a virtual interview with a recruiter who asked about my background, interest in Vanguard, and basic behavioral questions. Next, I participated in a panel interview with members of the data and analytics team. They focused on problem-solving, SQL/Python familiarity, and how I approach data cleaning and interpretation. They also asked situational questions to understand how I work in teams and manage deadlines. The conversation felt supportive, and the interviewers gave helpful context about the role and their projects. Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and moved at a reasonable pace. Each step was clearly communicated, and the team made the experience comfortable and encouraging.
