Vanguard Quant Analyst interview questions

HR Call, First round interview with hiring manager. HR recruiter called me a day before we originally scheduled. During the first round interview, the hiring manager only described the role and then didn't ask any questions about my experience or my competencies. The interview only last 15 minutes and I didn't have a chance to demonstrate my fit for the role. I then received an email the next day addressed to the wrong person. When I corrected them, they informed me I had not moved on to the second round. Extremely unprofessional process. from start to finish, highly disappointed.
