Interview process was great. Intial recruiter call, then an OA with pretty easy questions. Then a superday where they asked really basic lc questions and system design. Make sure to brush up on STAR stories. Overall super supportive and nice people.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard in Aug 2022
Interview
I received an invitation for a phone screen, where the recruiter elaborated on the internship details, then asked a few basic STAR behavorial questions. I did not get past the phone screen though.
First, there was an OA that was sent to me then once you complete the OA then a recruiter reaches out to you. The recruiter then sets up an interview of approximately an hour where they ask behaviorals and technicals.
