Vanguard Software Engineer interview questions

Pretty terrible process. The recruiter was 15 minutes late to our meeting, I should have just bailed on the whole company at that point. Then I had a video interview with the hiring manager, she seemed pretty disinterested and let the other interviewer do all of the speaking. The tech interview was even worse... neither interviewer turned their cameras on: extremely unprofessional and lazy. They had me do a live coding challenge, except they had nothing prepared and were orally telling me what to do for the challenge. The person doing so had a thick accent and I had to ask them to repeat the task/question 3 times. Overall, a really unprofessional and aloof experience. Not only will I not be applying here in the future, I will probably move my 401k and broker accounts elsewhere.
