The employer interviewed us as a group in the cafeteria of a mall. Would ask the group a question and each of us would answer. It was easy, relaxed, and I felt confident.

Why are you interested in this company?
Group interview process with pretty casual questions. Laidback feel looking for people that would fit in well with the team. I'm a big fan of Vans and seems that employees are pretty passionate about their jobs at all levels.

When I walked into the shop it wasn’t a warm reception, it seemed they didn’t want to acknowledge me until they knew I was there for an interview. but the interview process was very relaxed, they just asked what I knew about the company. What I would do if I wasn’t teaching Sales Targets and when have i gone above and beyond for customers.

Interview
I applied online, a few weeks later I got a call from the store manager to schedule an in-person interview.
The interview was 30ish minutes and very conversational. She asked me about myself, my experience, why I chose to apply, and other perspectives related to the role.
