Interview
It was a group interview which was a bit awkward, but if you speak up with good answers you will do well. Dress nice, but not over the top. Since it is Vans it is not super formal, but go in business casual/slightly less than business casual and you will be fine. I had fellow employees with tons of tattoos and piercings so that's not too big of a deal. In fact, I think all of the other employees had visible tattoos except for me.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

Tell a time you were able to change a customer's mind?
me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
