Had me apply online and I met with him in person, very nice asked me basic questions about myself, what I liked to do for fun, what does vans mean to me, what does lifestyle mean to me and how do I incorporate the vans vibe into it

Asked how I would handle a customer who was mad because a previous two times an item had been out of stock and when they came in again it was, how do you handle?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
