pretty straight forward, the whole process is online and you record your responses for someone else to review later. They give you time to "practice" and your responses are timed, so keep an eye on the clock.

How can you apply Vans interest in sports, art, and pop culture?
First you do an online pre-interview where you can practice questions. You then record/submit a video of yourself answering questions so they can look into your personality, then received a follow up call from vans. Fairly easy, great experience
