The interview consists of 3 steps. The first one is an informal chat with HR while the second one should be with your direct manager. I wasn't asked too specific questions but i reckon it depends on the position. The last step is called CBBI and is the longest part. Basically i was inteviewed by 3 different people working for the company. Questions are focused on your past experience and how did you manage or did not certain situations, decisions or challanges.
