I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Varsity Tutors (Los Alamos, NM) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was online and I was required to answer through a video response, although one question wanted a typed answer. I would say the video response interview style was fair. The questions were reasonable and you get some time to prepare for what you want to say.

Question 1
What subjects are your expertise? In what age groups are you most comfortable in tutoring?
You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.

Interview
AI Interview, very easy. Asked very basic question's regarding experience, motivation, etc. I’m a freshman student in UMD and so I haven’t been to many job interviews, but this was genuinely easy.
