Round two consists of filming three short videos about your experience, your approach to tutoring and why you enjoy tutoring. The last video you need to film is a ten-minute mini-lesson on a subject of your choosing. For all of the videos, you have two tries.

How do you change your approach based on different students?
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

Interview
The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
