I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Varsity Tutors (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2015
Interview
Was scheduled for an interview on Saturday, October 3 2015 at between 7 and 8 am by phone. They never called. I had gotten up at 5:30 to be ready and alert and rehearse and prepare for the interview and this was after 2 days of typical pre-interview jitters. After the time had elapsed, I went back to the email they had sent to confirm my interview time so I could withdraw my application and when I did, I saw a message that stated that the interview had been deemed 'no longer necessary'. So any questions you ask about the interview after this will be answered with n/a because the answers are no longer pertinent or necessary.
You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.

Interview
AI Interview, very easy. Asked very basic question's regarding experience, motivation, etc. I’m a freshman student in UMD and so I haven’t been to many job interviews, but this was genuinely easy.
