Brief phone call, then longer video interview. In the video interview, I was evaluated for a number of subjects I had marked as interested in tutoring. It was very thorough and if you don't remember enough about a subject to answer a handful of test questions about it, you might struggle in the interview. Despite backpedaling on a couple of subjects, I was still approved for many others.
