Interview
It was a two-interview process. The first interview lasted about 10-15 minutes and was on the phone. I was asked basic questions to verify my identity. The second interview lasted a little less than an hour, and we went over problems from all of the sections I was applying to teach (mostly physics and math). It also contained questions on my teaching style and how I would approach reticent students.
