Vector Solutions interview questions

I received a phone interview and then an assessment. And then absolutely no communication. I did follow up and was completely ignored by the recruiter. How hard is sending an email saying, "Sorry you will not be moving forward." It is very unprofessional and truthfully I would not want to work for a company that treats candidates in that manner. I have held many amazing positions over the years and have been rejected from interviews, it's part of the deal. But I have never had a more disrespectful experience. Vector needs to do better. You are big enough company to have an automated email sent out.

HR phone interview was as expected but though passed to hiring parties, was not chosen. Skills & experience aligned so not sure why it wasn't worth at least a conversation, particularly when agreeing to pay range that was definitely lower than industry standard for qualifications.
