I went through a long interview process with Veeam: Technical screening HR discussion Technical Interview 1 Technical Interview 2 System design round After clearing all these, they scheduled a Hiring Manager round. But at the exact interview time, it got cancelled without any prior notice. Later, they said the position was on hold. After two weeks, HR randomly reached out and said they can’t proceed based on feedback. Overall, the process felt unorganized and ended up wasting a lot of my time.

Call with recruiter, then couple of coding round, system design and then technical recruiting manager. The recuiter at this company was really below par. I had to ask him everytime what the interview he scheduled was about, which was reponded with 1 line answer. There were no prep materials no proactiveness. I was told that the last interview scheduled was with hiring manager to learn more about the role. It turned out to be a technical hiring manager round with deep dive into past project which I wasn't prepared for. Because recruiter one line answer before this interview didn't indicate the technical nature. Overall great people who interviewed me. Except for the last round which I might be biased against but it did feel like he had a chip on his shoulder and just didn't want to listen.

Interviewing process took for me around 2-3 weeks. I reached the 4th stage of the interview process, but didn't pass it. Interviews structure is relatively generic for big companies: intro with recruiter, hiring manager interview (also sometimes called as "behavioural"), algorithm live coding, concurrency live coding and system design.
