I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veeam Software (Alpharetta, GA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Process took about 2 weeks. Phone call with 2 managers about my work history, etc. Then had a second interview in the office with 3 hiring managers to determine which territory I would be in. Called 2 days after and was offered a position with the company.

Question 1
Tell me what you know about virtualization, what does a virtualized environment mean to you?
The process was very laid back and informative enough to have any concerns you may have be put to rest. Great introduction to how the company operates and what they have to offer.
Thank you for your positive feedback! We are glad to share about our People, Product and Culture with all our candidates. We wish you all the best in your career!
I interviewed at Veeam Software (Saint Petersburg, Sankt-Peterburg)
Interview
The first interview took about 30 minutes. We were talking about my interest to sales. She interviewed me in Enlish to check the level. I disliked the process as the specialist seemed to be impolite - she often told me that it is a junior position and I should remenber that my responsibilities will be limited. Also I disliked the fact that KPI are 60% of salary and refused to continue the process

Question 1
Why do you want to develop in sales? How will you find out the necessities of client?
Very easy. Screening with a recruiter, phone call with manager, skype interview with isa manager and isr manager, followed by offer. It was a very easy process that took a few weeks from start to finish. The recruiter in charge of the ISA position in Atlanta is an absolute joke. He blatantly lies about the job duties and process of the role.
