There were 3 rounds of Interview. One Coding test followed by two technical ones. The coding round had average questions related to Terraform, Cloud services and Shell Scripting. The first technical round was from the hiring manager who was a technical person. The second was with their Director from the US. All three rounds were given by me within a span of nearly 3 weeks and I was told I will be contacted by the HR as all three rounds are cleared. One fine day, I received a mail that all offers have been accepted and positions are closed. Just a week back the HR had mailed that my HR round will be held soon. Advice to HR and Management: If the candidate values your time, have the decency to value theirs too. Putting people as Buffer candidates and not updating them rightly within time reflects your organizational values.
