The entire interview process was conducted online and took about 3 weeks. First interview was a 30-minute meeting with a university recruiter discussing my background, the position, and Veeva as a whole. After this, I was invited to complete an hour-long coding challenge in Java consisting of three questions. These questions seemed to serve the purpose of determining whether or not you can actually code, and were akin to some of the easy-level leetcode challenges. My last step was the team day interviews, which lasted about 3 hours. This consisted of a coffee chat with two current or recent members of the Engineering Development Program, a technical interview with a senior engineer, an interview with the team lead discussing my experience and personality, and a meeting with the director of Generation Veeva. Following my team day interviews, my interviewers convened to evaluate my interviews and I received an email about two hours later to set up a meeting with the talent attraction manager for EDP to discuss my candidacy where I received the offer for the position.
