I would totally steer clear of this interview process. It was such a waste of time and effort.
The first round is a phone screening with the hiring manager and is pretty easy, normal questions. The second round is an hour long life story interview with a director who asks you about your entire life. Starting with your first 20 years all the way through where you are now. Again pretty easy but also invasive. The interviewer asked where I see myself in 3-5 years. Apparently the role I envisioned doesn't exist at this company and he went off about how if thats what I want then I wouldn't be a good fit for this company. I made it past this round and was given a case study. They give you the Veeva Vault System and have you present a day in the life as a sales rep in it. The configuration and setup for this whole process legitimately takes 20-30 hours. During your demo they ask you questions about your configuration and expect real answers for a system that you were handed a week before. I was told I wouldn't be moving on at the end of the interview but to apply again in a couple of years if this is still something I want. This whole experience was such a large waste of time.
