Good communication, if you want to “pass” the case study interview make sure you spend time building workflows, reports and dashboards- so it should take you around 40 hours to prepare for it.
1. Salesforce test for one real business case, 2 group interview which have more than 3 person to ask questions together,3 manager interview as final to check and ask some basic questions. 4. you will receive offer or declined.

Pretty lengthy process. HR Screen, interview with the department director, practical exercise/presentation which takes upwards of 20-30 hours to complete, then another interview with the hiring manager. The presentation is an hour-long exercise where you present a solution to a business case to the hiring team who pretends to be the client.
